Living in the Lingen city center

Comfortable, central, affordable housing. The combination works well in Emsland. Lingen (Ems) is the largest town in the district. It offers a shopping center, a bustling pedestrian zone, and many houses and apartments around the town center. The train station for local and long-distance travel is just a stone’s throw away. On the other side of the city center are the Ems meadows and parks for Lingen’s residents to enjoy.

Green space living

In Emsland and our other German locations, we have embedded our branches in a green landscape. Along the Ems, many small towns and villages offer ideal conditions for families. It is not rare for employees to have their own houses or condominiums. The cost of living is moderate. Young people and the elderly live together in this region, enjoying its good infrastructure.

The young town

Emsland is becoming increasingly popular. A number of housing developments ensure that enough apartments and houses are available. Where there were once Bundeswehr barracks in Lingen (Ems), an entire new district has grown up over the last few years. Individual multi-family houses, penthouse apartments, and detached houses with yards border the Ems meadows and a large park. And shops selling all daily necessities can be reached on foot.
