We are convinced that our employees deserve top framework conditions so that they can achieve an optimum balance between work and family. That is why we offer them ROKIDS, our bilingual daycare center, and ROBIGS, our bilingual grade school in Lingen (Ems), where their young children can receive all-day care. ROYOUTH, our youth initiative, provides options for older children.

Time together

As a family company, we want to support our employees in spending time with their children in addition to performing their work routine. That is why we give parents the opportunity to eat lunch with the children at ROKIDS. This gives them an informal atmosphere in which to talk about the events of the day and combine work and family right at their workplace.
