​Working together

More than 1,300 people work at the Lingen (Ems) location, more than 1,000 of them in the areas of research, development, and manufacture. This means that our staff has almost doubled in the last five years. It has long been the case that everyone knows everyone else, but we still emphasize a strong team culture. We are helpful, open, and share the same values. We work together, especially when problems arise.

​Promoting interaction

To enhance team cohesiveness and promote interaction, we use open-plan offices. Short walking distances stimulate direct communication among staff members. This improves cooperation within the team and increases efficiency.

​Learning from each other

We work closely not only within our core teams, but also across departments and disciplines – regardless of hierarchies. A different perspective often makes the solution to a problem obvious. Direct interaction among departments in the research and development center and manufacturing is essential for refining our products and services.
