We want to support our employees individually in their further education and development. To this end, we offer a wide variety of on-the-job and off-the-job training and continuous education opportunities with internal and external trainers. Our offers are based on current needs, but also take into account the ideas of our employees if they are communicated to us. We are also always prepared to support individual efforts.
Many people want to experience living abroad. We have more than 25 locations all over the world, and each year we send employees abroad or welcome colleagues from other ROSEN locations to Germany. Whether they come from Calgary, Houston, Bogotá, Kuala Lumpur, or Dubai, a limited time of living abroad – perhaps even with the entire family – is a special experience sharpens not only the respective language skills but also the individual intercultural skills.
