Apprenticeship or dual study program with one of the largest employers in Lingen

We employ around 35 new trainees and dual students each year in Lingen (Ems) and Karlsruhe. We prepare them for their professional futures in twelve different skilled occupations and six work-study programs. Among them are cutting machine operator, industrial clerk, IT specialist, electronics technician, and technical product designer.

You can find all information about training and dual studies at ausbildung.rosen-lingen.de.

We give our apprentices a great deal of flexibility to independently try out what they have learned and further develop their competences. In addition, they gain extensive insights into our company beyond the scope of their training, for example as a future cutting machine operator in the construction department. The general application period for our apprenticeships and dual study programms starts in June and ends in September.

Creating orientation through an internship

It is often uncertain during schooldays where the career path should lead. That is why we offer the opportunity of gathering initial professional experience as part of a student internship or, after graduation, a year-long internship. As a multifaceted employer, we provide deep insights into our company and its various departments and support young talents in choosing their profession.

In our job portal you can apply for an internship in Lingen (Ems) or Karlsruhe.

We need a curriculum vitae, a cover letter including internship period and preferred area as well as current certificates.

Growing into new roles

We give young talents not only a great deal of flexibility in trying out new things, but also the necessary support as they grow into new roles. Our experienced, dedicated specialists teach our trainees and interns technical and social competences that will help them in their future careers and provide them with practical support as mentors. Own projects and joint activities with the other trainees strengthen self-confidence and the ability to work in a team.
