New film about ROSEN Factory's mechanic manufacturing in Lingen (Ems)

In a nutshell:

  • New film about ROSEN Factory's Mechanic Manufacturing in Lingen (Ems)
  • Deep insight in CNC-manufacturing processes
  • Starring our ROSEN colleagues
  • Further areas of the ROSEN Factory: Plastics Production, Sensor and Electronics Manufacturing, Welding Shop and Assembly
  • All info about work and jobs in mechanic manufacturing in Lingen on https://gehtbeirosen.de/

The mechanic manufacturing of the ROSEN Factory in Lingen (Ems) has many facets. How many, that shows the new film about this area from now on. The film covers everything from tool preparation, offline programming, and stand-alone machining centers to the fully automated production lines. It also takes a brief look at some other areas of the ROSEN Factory, such as Plastics Production, Sensor and Electronics Manufacturing, Welding Shop and Assembly. You find much more information about work and jobs in the mechanic manufacturing on https://gehtbeirosen.de/.

Starring Our Own People

Florian und Jens (both mechanic manufacturing) play the main roles in the film about the mechanic manufacturing. They lead through the film and present the advantages of the ROSEN Factory and the Lingen site. In addition, numerous colleagues stood in front of the camera in the individual areas, allowing the film team to share their daily work. "Some of them were in front of a camera for the first time ever. I was thrilled at how calmly and authentically they did it," says Nico Goolkate (Head of Shop Floor Machining). During shooting, he says, they stood out above all for their meticulousness and their own ideas on how to portray their work at the ROSEN Factory as realistic as possible.

Over 50 CNC-Machining Centers

The film provides insights into the manufacturing processes and possibilities of the over 50 CNC-machining centers at ROSEN. In addition to stand-alone machines, there are also four fully automatic production lines on which autonomous, unmanned production takes place overnight.

Around 90 Percent Manufacturing Depth

Looking beyond machining shows the possibilities in Sensor and Electronics Manufacturing. This is where electronic components are assembled and sensors for the ROSEN Group's inspection devices – so-called tools – are manufactured. The plastic parts of these tools are cast in our own plastic production facility in Lingen. The welding assemblies can also be made of titanium and are manufactured in the welding shop. At the end, all individual parts are assembled by our industrial mechanics and then tested on our own test field.
