New Talents at ROSEN


At the beginning of August, 39 trainees and dual students started their training with us. Their first week at ROSEN was eventful and had a tight program. Anna (apprenticeship as Industrial Clerk) and Jane (dual studies in Business Administration) report on their impressions:

 

At the start of our training and the onboarding week, Markus Brors (Chief Technology Officer) warmly welcomed us to the company as a representative of the management. This was followed by a first meeting with all trainees and dual students with games and a partner interview, in which we introduced ourselves and our wishes for the training. After a joint lunch in the company restaurant ROFRESH, we got to know our trainers and teams in the afternoon.

 

Meet & Greet

 

The second day started for us with the IT introduction, where we received our notebooks and important information about IT at ROSEN. The rest of the day brought various highlights: During a site presentation and a subsequent tour of the company premises, we got to know various areas of the company. Finally, there was a Meet & Greet with older trainees, where we could ask questions about the training and make first contacts.

 

On the following days, we were taught important basics for our career start at ROSEN in theoretical training sessions. The modules covered, for example, general safety instructions and rules of conduct, IT security, the ROEN portfolio as well as information on time booking and more. In addition, we completed various e-learning courses and had the chance to gain initial practical experience in our departments.

 

Strengthened Team Spirit

 

From our point of view, the onboarding was a complete success and a lot of fun. The eventful week provided us with a lot of relevant information as well as a good overview of the training. We were also able to gather exciting impressions and get to know the company better. Our personal highlight was the Meet & Greet. Activities like this strengthened our team spirit, and we immediately felt comfortable and warmly welcomed as part of the team. In summary, the onboarding prepared us well for the training and was therefore a complete success. We are happy about a great start at ROSEN.
