Navigating Through the ROSEN World

School traffic guides, air traffic guides, sea traffic guides – whether on the road, at the airport or on the high seas, they are indispensable. Guides help others reach their destination safely and act as navigators. Our young professionals in Lingen (Ems) will also be able to count on additional support in the future: our new ROSEN trainee guides. After all, starting out in professional life, especially in a large company, can quickly make you feel a bit lost, as the saying goes. To ensure that our apprentices always keep their orientation, our trainee guides are intended to make it easier for the new young talents to get started in our company.

Spokesperson and Trusted Advisor

But not only that. First and foremost, our trainee guides form an additional and central point of contact for all apprentices and dual students. Their role is to act as a spokesperson for the target group, representing their interests within the company and supporting communication between the HR department, supervisors, trainers and apprentices. They are mediators and persons of trust. We are happy that the first election was successful and that we have found our trainee guides for the next election period:

"At the beginning of my studies, I had many questions. The easiest thing to do was to talk to students from higher semesters. Now I would like to pass that on. Among other things, I plan to set up a central communication platform."

"As a trainee guide from our department, I naturally want to represent the apprenticeship workshop and help solve problems. I'm happy to be able to help other trainees."

Niklas (second from right)

"I want to be a listening ear for the apprentices and use my voice to advocate for all apprentices, represent us as a group, and express our opinions."

"My goal is to make it easier for new apprentices to start at ROSEN and to be available for them as a contact person on an equal footing."
