In September, we open the doors of our production: Students have the opportunity to look behind the scenes at ROSEN during the "Techniktage". For experienced professionals, we have also organized the "Zerspanertag" again.
„Techniktage" on September 22 and 23
On Thursday and Friday, September 22 and 23, the Techniktage 2022 will take place in Lingen (Ems). These are aimed exclusively at all secondary school students who would like to learn more about everyday life at ROSEN. During a guided tour through our production, the students will get exciting peeks behind the scenes of our work. They can choose between two focal points: Metal processing and electronics. This way, we not only show them our state-of-the-art machinery and our sensor and electronics production, but they also have the opportunity to talk to current apprentices of our different apprenticeship professions. They then end the day leisurely with a bite to eat on their fork and some beverages.
„Zerspanertag" on September 24
The doors of our mechanical production facility in Lingen (Ems) will be open to machining specialists on Saturday, September 24, as part of our "Zerspanertag" 2022. Those with professional experience in the field of mechanical manufacturing will have the opportunity to gain exclusive insights into our state-of-the-art production area. Visitors will be able to discover our machining department on their own and find out how people and machines work together at our company. For this purpose, among other things, the handling and programming of the multitasking systems including the robots will be shown. There will also be a focus on the software solution for controlling and planning the automations with SOFLEX and the lifecycle of a tool from assembly to recycling via the TDM software. When looking behind the scenes of our machinery, technology in general is of course not neglected. No matter whether the specialists are particularly interested, for example, in our multitasking machines such as the DMGMORI CTX gamma 2000 TC, the Hermle automation lines or the CAD/CAM system, there is something for everyone. This will give them the opportunity to exchange information about the latest metalworking methods, the profession of cutting machine operator, and other specialist topics. For this purpose, ROSEN colleagues from the different departments will be available to the guests at various information booths. With food and drink, everyone can then finish the day together and talk shop about the impressions they have gathered.
