Knowledge Boarding Completed

On May 19, 2022, we organized a little flight of fancy for our working students at the Lingen (Ems) site. Titled "Studi-Speed-Traveling", our young scientists traveled by shuttle service from the Lingen (Ems) train station to the Innovation Center and themed islands located therein.

The organization was taken over by our student pilots Annika Knurr (Talent Management) and Andrea Albers (Technical Documentation) from the radio tower 'mill' (our creative area in the Innovation Center). Once they had arrived at their respective destinations, colleagues then acted as tour guides, leading the students through their respective areas of expertise and giving them a lively overview of where ROSEN is active.

Many (knowledge) stamps in the passport

Two colleagues took our travel group into the depths of IT as they introduced them to the server room in the basement of the Innovation Center and explained the basics of data management at ROSEN. Afterwards, the expedition 'Hydrogen' followed and the travelers started a journey to the land of NIMA, our Asset Integrity Management Software.  Finally, the topic 'Offshore Wind' provided a 'cool' conclusion.

The networking and the conversations went so well that several flights had to be delayed again and again. Thus, the group could really enjoy the thematic getaways. At the end, the group happily summed up three hours packed with lots of new knowledge and set off on their own exciting journeys into the future without any jet lag.
