In about six weeks, 37 new trainees will begin their apprenticeships at our location in Lingen (Ems). To help our newcomers get off to a good start, we invited them to a get-together in advance at our company restaurant ROFRESH. The organization of the annual barbecue evening was taken care of by our current trainees.
Getting to know each other and initiating first contacts
The event startet with our new colleagues from the Factory trying on their future work clothes. Then the official part began, with everyone coming together in the company restaurant. During a round of introductions, get-to-know-you games and a question-and-answer session, the participants were able to get a first impression of each other in a relaxed atmosphere. Current trainees and trainers of the different professions accompanied them throughout the evening and introduced them quickly to the ROSEN world. Thus, first general questions about ROSEN as well as about the individual departments could be answered right away. With a delicious barbecue, including our refreshing RoTea, everyone ended the summery evening together.
After this very successful evening, we are already looking forward to welcoming our new trainees on board in August.
