On November 3, 2023, the traditional ROSEN FIFA tournament took place for the fifth time in our company restaurant ROFRESH. With great enthusiasm, 46 participants competed against each other in our eSports event and were cheered on by around 30 colleagues.
The game was played in teams of two, which were formed beforehand by drawing lots. This created cross-departmental teams that were able to get to know each other a little better in addition to their day-to-day work. In World Cup mode, two teams competed against each other, which first had to prove themselves in the group phase.

In the subsequent knockout rounds, the best eight teams from the group phase faced the challenge of winning the competition. After the quarter-finals and two exciting semi-finals, Team England with Jonathan and Alexander and Team Germany with Gen and Michal met in the final. After a thrilling match, Gen and Michal ultimately came out on top with a score of 4:6.
The winners of this year's fifth ROSEN FIFA Tournament have now been announced and can look forward to winning the "CHAMPIONS ROSEN eSports FIFA Tournament" trophy. Congratulations to the winning team.

"In addition to the exciting games, the focus was of course on a nice evening together, getting to know each other and having a lot of fun," says Andreas Pott as part of the organizing team. In addition to cool drinks, a delicious BBQ awaited the participants. "We are already looking forward to the ROSEN FIFA Tournament 2024 and hope for as much remarkable response as this year," reports co-organizer Florian.
