In September, a Cultural Journey Day was held in both Lingen and Dresden. Here, colleagues exchanged thoughts about our company culture.
Donuts and Crepês in Lingen (Ems)
On September 13, all colleagues in Lingen were invited to a get-together in front of our company restaurant ROFRESH to exchange thoughts about our company culture at ROSEN. In addition, there was an exhibition with feedback from the employees on which points our values are already well lived and where we can further optimize.
As at the first Cultural Journey Day last year, a delicious dessert tempted everyone after lunch. Not only ROSEN sweets and donuts were waiting for everyone, but also a crêpes stand and the ever-popular Coffee Bike. Especially the delicious crêpes and different, partly extravagant coffee specialties like mint-chocolate-latte and black forest cherry-latte were well received by the colleagues. As a result, long lines quickly formed at the stands – no wonder with all the delicious nibbles.
Pizza and Quiz Time in Radebeul
The Cultural Journey Day also took place at our ROSEN site in Radebeul near Dresden at the end of September. With lively participation, the colleagues reflected on how the ROSEN values are currently lived. The site representative Anika Lorenz emphasized how important it is to live our core values in everyday work. She also thanked everyone for their wonderful participation and feedback. Colleagues enjoyed a variety of pizzas and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere. The highlight of the event was a quiz competition, which registered a great participation and was a lot of fun for everyone.
In addition, some colleagues from Lingen visited the office in Radebeul and were thus also able to participate in the Cultural Journey Day. They took the opportunity to exchange ideas and make contacts with the team. The event ended with the presentation of prizes to the winners of the quiz.
