Last weekend (May 25/26, 2024), the 17th Emsland Job Fair took place in the EmslandArena in Lingen (Ems). And we were again part of this central meeting place for careers and professions in the region with our ROTea <<m>>.
At our booth in the Icetea-m-look, our colleagues from Human Resources and various departments presented our company to numerous visitors and gave insights into our ROSEN world. Interested parties of all ages visited us to find out about our training and career opportunities.
Insights into the world of ROSEN with fresh ice tea and tinkering in virtual reality
In proper style, our colleagues presented our trainee campaign "Join the ROTea <<m>>" with fresh ice tea in a wide variety of flavors. Whether cutting machine operator, IT specialist, electronics technician for devices and systems or machine and plant operator – oh no: lemon, berries or peach – there was something for every taste. Another highlight of our booth: The opportunity to explore one of our inspection devices down to the smallest detail with the help of VR glasses. The 3D model could be inspected from all sides in virtual reality and those who were interested in the inside of our tools quickly dismantled it down to the last screw. The events of virtual reality could be followed live on a monitor at the booth.
Engaging exchange with prospective trainees and experienced specialists
During the two-day job fair, we welcomed numerous potential trainees, skilled workers and representatives of the region, such as Lingen's Mayor Dieter Krone, to our stand. In refreshing conversations, they showed great interest in our company, our technologies and topics.
"Over our delicious ice tea, we had many exciting discussions about ROSEN as an employer and our various technologies with both prospective trainees and numerous specialists. Interested parties were able to experience the latter up close in virtual reality and thus gain first impressions of our company," recalls Natalie Niemann (Human Resources).
The Emsland job fair
The Emsland job fair takes place annually in Lingen and has established itself as a real force in the region. Together with the organizers, the EmslandArena and all visitors, we are looking back to two successful days of the fair and with a lot of Tea-m Work!
