In mid-May, we were present at the 15th Emsland Job Fair in the EmslandArena in Lingen (Ems).
With our new trade fair booth in our Eistea-m look, our colleagues from the HR department as well as from a wide range of specialist departments presented our company to numerous visitors. Interested, different age groups informed themselves about our job and career opportunities.
True to the style of our new trainee campaign 'Join the ROTea <<m>>', fresh iced tea flavored with peach and lemon was served at our booth. The visitors liked the idea very much. Thus, our new trade fair design won second place in the competition for the best trade fair booth at its first presentation.
Numerous potential trainees, skilled workers and representatives of the region, such as Lingen's mayor Dieter Krone, stopped by our booth during the two-day job fair. In refreshing conversations, they showed great interest in our company, our technologies and topics.
Families also found their way to our booth. "If we inspire parents with our technologies and company values, and at the same time attract young people with our career opportunities as well as our open and creative culture, we've done things right," says a delighted Natalie Niemann (Human Resources).
The job fair Emsland takes place annually and has established itself as a real highlight in the region. Together with the organizers, the EmslandArena and all visitors, we are happy about two successful days of the fair live and with a lot of Tea-m Work!
